Please send an e-mail to Rob Pakes, stating your order.
Payments may be made by cheque, made out to "NZORD - Rett syndrome" and mailed to PO Box 10111, Arataki, Mount Maunganui, or by bank transfer to account number 06-0507-0134243-00 (please include your name in the statement details of the transfer).
